In a matter of seconds, anyone landing on your homepage should instantly know:

  1. What you offer.
  2. Why it’s going to make their life better.
  3. What they should do next (buy, book a call, sign up). If any of that’s unclear, they’re not sticking around. People don’t have time for vague or confusing messaging. Make it easy, or they’ll move on to someone who does.

Take a quick look at your website or bio. Can someone who’s never heard of you before answer those three questions in five seconds? If not, tweak your headline, sharpen your copy, or move that call-to-action front and center. Clear beats clever every time.
